5.) Eat More Meals – Instead of eating a few big meals daily, I recommend that you get 4-6 small healthy meals daily. What to do is to lower the amount of calories per meal, BUT not for the whole day. If you lower the amount of calories you get for the day, you could possible reduce your metabolism. On the other hand, if you eat more frequently with smaller meals and get the right amount of calories each day, you will end up skyrocketing your metabolism.
